Election Day!

Just a reminder today is Election Day.  If you haven't voted please do so before 7pm.  I'm not swaying your vote but consider candidates that protect private property rights.
Also, Vote For Tier 2 to stop Forced Annexation.

Life Challenges

I started this blog to post mainly about information on real estate then stuff. So today it's about stuff.  The past couple of days have been a challenge. My mom has been in ICU and is frail and weak.  But, she's very alert and making progress albeit baby steps.  The nurse has said there's about 21 different things they're having to deal with her health.

Then while my mom is in the hospital my girlfriend, Sandra, sister lost her battle to cancer.  Veronica was 46 years old and leaves her 3 kids behind.  It was an emotional night as her family and friends said goodbye.  Sandra never gave up on her sister during her 2 year battle even though the medical profeeionals did.

So definitely a lot of prayers to God and faith testing is taking place.  If anything you never know when you're going to lose someone you love so make each day count.

A special shout out to those that have helped even in the smallest sense because it means a lot.

A Change In The Market

The past 4 years has been a crazy sellers market.  A listing would hit the market and immediately multiple offers would come in.  The results were higher market values, frustrated buyers, happy sellers and real estate agents making money.

The market is starting to change and I feel is leveling.  This isn't a bad situation but now it's time for sellers to understand their houses will be on the market longer and they may not get the price for their house they thought they would.
