Foreclosure Help
I just read that every 20 seconds a homeowner is receiving a foreclosure notice. Many times the homeowner does not reach out for help. If you or someone you know is facing this situation then reach out to a Realtor and find out what options are available. Remember that help is available.

Merry Christmas
As I finish working here for the day, I wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas. While this is usually a very stressful time of year we must remember why we celebrate Christmas. It's easy to get stressed out and irritated but we must remember that this is the birth of our Savior.
While I am sure a lot of us have had to cut back the past couple of years we must remember that we are still abundantly blessed. Let's remember our blessings and take some time to thank God for all that he has given us and our Savior for walking by our side each and every day.
Merry Christmas!
